Founder and Owner
Guy Gorfil is the founder and owner of the Inspiration Group, an investment and asset management firm operating across Europe, specializing in the German real estate market since 2009. Under his leadership, the Group has acquired, managed, and enhanced income-producing properties in sought-after urban areas, focusing on value-add strategies and long-term growth. The Group has offices in Berlin, Tel Aviv, and Hong Kong, has completed transactions totaling over €500 million, and currently manages assets valued at more than €200 million.
Gur Rosenberg
CEO
Gur is a senior real estate professional with over 15 years of experience in managing, investing in, and developing commercial and hospitality assets across Europe. He serves as a board member of several leading family-owned companies focused on value-add strategies and asset enhancement, with transaction volumes totaling hundreds of millions of euros. Gur brings broad expertise in financing, development, and the management of income-producing properties.
Oren Gerlitz
VP Business Development
Oren has been a Berlin resident since 2001 and studied Electrical Engineering at the Technical University of Berlin. He has been among the founders of Inspiration Group since 2009. He is responsible for asset selection, project management and value enhancement, as well as strategic acquisition and investment processes. Oren combines a strong technical background with real estate expertise and a broad business perspective, bringing added value across every stage of the Group’s asset lifecycle.
Matan Kessler
Israel Operations Manager
Matan Kessler leads Inspiration Group’s activities in Israel—cultivating relationships with investors and strategic partners, and connecting leading projects in Europe with local and international investors. Matan is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with experience in real estate transactions totaling over €750 million, a strong financial background, and in-depth familiarity with the European market following many years of living in Europe and managing business activity there. He is known for his professional approach, transparency, and ability to build long-term partnerships.
Liat Straze
Operations & Projects Manager
Liat brings nearly a decade of experience at Inspiration Group, where she leads complex operational processes from definition and planning through the successful implementation of internal systems and client portals. In her role, she is responsible for building efficient workflows, managing CRM systems, overseeing project execution, and providing ongoing support.
Emilia Lipton-Shuminov
Head of IR & Capital Raising
Emilia leads investor relations and capital raising at Inspiration Group, serving as the key link between institutional and private investors and high-quality real estate opportunities in the German market. She specializes in building long-term relationships, guiding investors throughout the entire investment process, and simplifying complex cross-border transactions. Previously, she served as a senior private banker at the International Bank for over a decade, where she gained extensive expertise in serving high-net-worth clients and providing advanced financing solutions. Emilia combines deep financial understanding with a personal and professional approach, ensuring a reliable and transparent investment experience.
Tomer Kalderon
Head of Strategic Relations
Tomer specializes in connecting high-net-worth investors and family offices with high-quality investment opportunities in German real estate. In his role at Inspiration Group, he leads the sourcing of direct deals and drives long-term investments, based on stable assets with growth potential. In addition, Tomer brings broad management experience in technology, marketing, and business development, with a background in entrepreneurship and team leadership.
