The Behaimstraße 25 and Gierkezeile 38 project comprised four well-preserved Altbau buildings located in the Charlottenburg and Wilmersdorf districts. The project included 87 residential units and 18 commercial units, with a total area exceeding 10,000 sqm. The area is located close to Schloss Charlottenburg, the Berlin Zoo, and Kurfürstendamm, and is highly sought-after among well-established residents.
This was a unique and meticulously executed residential project in the heart of the prestigious Charlottenburg neighborhood in West Berlin. The buildings, originally constructed around 1900 in the Art Nouveau style, were carefully restored and refurbished, preserving original architectural features such as ornate stucco façades, high ceilings, wooden staircases, and classic parquet flooring.
