For reasons of convenience, this Privacy Policy (hereinafter: the “Policy”) is drafted in the masculine gender, but all stated herein refers to both women and men alike.
This Policy explains and clarifies the use made by Inspiration Group Ltd, Company No. 51-450681-5, and/or anyone on its behalf (hereinafter: “Inspiration” or the “Company”) of information received from you through the website. This information will be processed in the database controlled and managed by the Company in accordance with the provisions of the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981.
Inspiration clarifies that you are not legally obligated to provide us with any personal information during your use of the site; any such transfer of information is done solely of your own free will. However, please note that failure to provide information may prevent your access to our services, prevent you from completing orders on the site, and/or impair your browsing or usage experience, in whole or in part.
Some of our services available through the site require you to join as a registered user of Inspiration, such as activating a registered account in our Investor Portal and/or joining the investor mailing list. Should you choose to register for such a service and provide Inspiration with personal information for this purpose, you undertake to provide only correct, accurate, and complete details, and by providing them, you confirm their accuracy.
Providing incorrect or false details may, in certain cases, constitute a breach of the Website Terms of Use, this Privacy Policy, or even constitute a legal offense, with all resulting implications.
Important Note: This website is intended only for our clients who are residents of Israel and subject to the laws of the State of Israel. If your country of residence is outside of Israel, you are requested to enter the Inspiration Group website, which manages information regarding our international activities.

Investor Portal Registration: Email address (as appearing in your signed contracts) and password.

Payment Method Creation: Beneficiary type (individual/corporate), full name (English and Hebrew), citizenship, date of birth, residential address, bank details (Branch code/ABA, IBAN/SWIFT), and account names.
Service Requests via Portal: Subject, request type, and any personal information included in the message box or uploaded attachments.
General Communication: Content of your inquiry (voice or written), identifiers required to verify identity, and any information shared during correspondence with our representatives.
Mailing List: Full name, phone, and email address.
Automated Data: Statistical, non-identifying, and/or aggregate information regarding your mobile device/computer and consumption habits collected via cookies.

3. Permitted Purposes of Processing

Jurisdiction: Any dispute regarding this policy shall be governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel, with exclusive jurisdiction granted to the competent courts in Haifa.
