Guy Gorfil
Founder and Owner

Guy Gorfil is the founder and owner of the Inspiration Group, an investment and asset management firm operating across Europe, specializing in the German real estate market since 2009. Under his leadership, the Group has acquired, managed, and enhanced income-producing properties in sought-after urban areas, focusing on value-add strategies and long-term growth. The Group has offices in Berlin, Tel Aviv, and Hong Kong, has completed transactions totaling over €500 million, and currently manages assets valued at more than €200 million.

CEO

Gur is a senior real estate professional with over 15 years of experience in managing, investing in, and developing commercial and hospitality assets across Europe. He serves as a board member of several leading family-owned companies focused on value-add strategies and asset enhancement, with transaction volumes totaling hundreds of millions of euros. Gur brings broad expertise in financing, development, and the management of income-producing properties.

Oren Gerlitz
VP Business Development

Oren has been a Berlin resident since 2001 and studied Electrical Engineering at the Technical University of Berlin. He has been among the founders of Inspiration Group since 2009. He is responsible for asset selection, project management and value enhancement, as well as strategic acquisition and investment processes. Oren combines a strong technical background with real estate expertise and a broad business perspective, bringing added value across every stage of the Group’s asset lifecycle.
