Values across all housing sectors in Germany rose in third quarter, highlighting the overall trend towards property investment in light of negative economic prognoses and the euro crisis, according to Hamburg-based real estate advisory F+B. “The most dynamic value change is emerging for condominiums,” said Managing Director Bernd Leutner.
